Customer Review: Back Joy - Huge Issue if Unsatisfied ... Read this First for your own good.

Back Joy Review of a horrific experience with their lack of customer service.
This is an important review stating my experience with Back Joy customer service. In my opinion, if there is any chance that you will not be satisfied with this product, do not put yourself through the mental anguish of receiving the required number to be able to return this product and receive a refund. It was living hell.
More specifically, I was placed on terminal hold for 15 minutes each time, followed by being disconnected twice. Finally, on the third try, I reached someone new and it took approximately an hour on the phone and on hold in order to receive any level of satisfaction.
The warrantee information provided with the item specifically states that there is a 60 Return Policy and full satisfaction. When trying to obtain the required information for return, as per their written procedure, I was told that there is really a 30 day return policy and that anything else is a misprint.
I requested to speak with the supervisor several times. This is when I was told that my account was already closed after 30 days and that the supervisor placed a note on my account that they would not follow through on providing me with the data to be able to get my refund. It seems that some supervisor was completely inferior is their customer service training and only interested in validating them self with a power play. Sounds like a pretty useless and wacky head game for a company to play with customers. After all, I simply called to just get a number for return.
I requested that they take down my cell phone number in order to be able to call me back (instead of continually being put on hold), and let me know how they had remedied the situation, once they had investigated the documentation that they have printed and send with the item. I was told that customer service cannot make outgoing phone calls.
I choose to return this item because it created back and butt pain for me. When I ordered it, I never dreamed that their customer service was completely contradictory to any sort of customer service. The end result is that I finally obtained the number by not taking their continual "NO" for an answer. How many people are willing to be so persistent and give up over an hour of their time during a work day?
I find it particularly interesting that upon being informed that he would finally give me the return code, they he said that they were making a special exception. I attempted to once again inform him that there was no special exception and that it was their written policy.
I hope that this information helps the average consumer with their purchasing decision. I just know that I would never put myself in a position like them when I should be able to be treated respectfully. Perhaps, if enough people make comment on their experience with this organization, they will see the need to completely overhaul their customer service department. It is by far the saddest excuse for customer service that I have ever seen.

I received this product ~ 1 month ago, i am 24 years old having back problem for 1 year now. i can't sit for too long (no more than 1 hour). I was hoping that this product will do like how they advertise it. Unfortunately I was unable to find it very helpful. I still cannot sit any longer than i did. I wish the product will present data of how effective it works for the general population. Without it no consumer can be protected for a bad product.Customer Review: Not thrilled with Back Joy

This product probably works for some people but I still have my back ache. That might not be the product's fault. There are many causes of back ache, & I am not so nieve as to think this product can fix them all. It was worth a try, it just didn't work out as I had hoped. I found this product to be very firm to sit on. While it did help with the spinal discomfort, that was replaced by sit bone discomfort. After a week I had to return it, I felt like I was riding on a hard bike seat all day. I have to say I am thin and that does make me a lover of memory foam, so this product was not the one for me.Customer Review: Is'n doing much of anything for me

I am disappointed in the BackJoy. Apparently, I already am sitting in the correct position. In my office chair, it pitches my thighs forward, which makes me lean back more. Haven't tried it while driving, yet.
