It has a scent to it so don't use it if you plan to go out. its not that bad but you probably won't want ot use it right before going on a date.
use it and then hang out for a while and let it do its thing. after a while, take a shower and then you're free to go out.
other than the smell, this product is made of awesome. after spraying, i could feel the pain disappear. really numbs you. it also does not sting at all!
