I love this bar - it is fruity and nutty and sort of like a trail mix bar with a better balance of protien/carbs /fat. Note that it doesn't have that pasty soy texture that Balance bars typically have and it is meatier than the zone bars (less crisp). It is my favorite energy bar so far. (It even has a whole 3 grams of fiber! - why don't they put more fiber in these????)Customer Review: JUST BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT FRESH BARS OF ANY TYPE FROM AMAZON.

I love the fruit and nut bar. Quite tasty and not as dry as the oat and cinnamon or the chocolate chip. They are terrible though if they are stale. I have ordered twice off Amazon and the bars delivered were past their expiration date and quite stale. I'll only buy at the local grocer from now on.
