What can I say? It's a bamboo back-scratcher. Good length on the handle, decent job on the lacquer coating to reduce any splintering, and although the rollers don't seem terribly sturdy, the rest of the scratcher is.
One thing I wanted to mention is when I received the scratcher, it was very poorly packaged, and I was actually surprised it made it through the U.S. Postal Service without being damaged or broken. I left feedback about this here on Amazon, and earlier today, out of the blue, I was contacted by a customer support rep who apologized for the situation, explaining it was the result of extra untrained help hired for the holidays -- and offered to make it right with either a refund or an additional complimentary scratcher (this time packaged and shipped properly).
Since my spouse has already been eying mine, I decided to accept the complimentary extra.
Based on their proactive attitude and willingness to deal with customer issues, I would shop with this vendor again.
