I took a dumb fall off my bike and terribly scraped up my whole left side--with a particularly large and deep abrasion just above the elbow. There was no skin to stitch, just a bloody hole. Not ER material, but no fun. Went to local drugstore and bought these, the large size. Wore them daily for a month. No infection, the wound healed nicely from the inside and the bottom up, it seems there will be less of a scar than there otherwise might have been--and they stayed on even if I showered at the gym. Can't ask for anything more, can I?
