I purchased this for my father-in-law, whom has cancer. It is suppose to help heal cells. He mixes it with yogurt or cottage cheese, honey, I don't know much about it myself. Just what I have read, and father in law is using alot of it.
The shipping took a long time, 7-10 days. So, don't wait until you are really low to order.

I like the taste of flax seed and often use ground flax seed in my recipes, but now I know that flax seed oil is completely different. It tasted fine, but even when using mixed with food, it gave me awful indigestion. After two tries, I couldn't bring myself to try again. Fortunately, I had purchased it (via Amazon) from Swanson, and they stood my their money-back guarantee.Customer Review: New Bottle Leaks

I purchased this in the past and the "leak free" bottle cap worked great, but I recently purchased this and it has a new cap that leaks like crazy! I have more Flax oil on my counter top and fridge shelves than i get in my meals.
I would suggest you buy Spectrum's Flax Oil which is usually cheaper and comes with a "standard" cap that does not leak.
