My husband bought this for me as a gift and I LOVE IT!
1) my bedroom is the coldest room in the house and slightly drafty in winter storms. My feet are often cold at night. I have a hard time falling asleep while trying to rub my feet together or tuck them under my legs to keep them warm Did I mention I hate wearing socks to bed? My upper body does not get cold, and I thought an all-over heated mattress pad would make me too warm.
2) This bed warmer generates a gentle warmth (unlike a heating pad) that keeps my feet and lower legs very comfortable all night--not too hot or too cold. When my feet are comfy, I can fall immediately to sleep! I have slept like a baby since using this warmer.
3) I use the "high" setting to warm it up about an hour before bed, then turn it down to "low" for overnight. my mom has something like this and she uses it on a timer so she doesn't forget to turn it on or off.
4) My only complaint is that the flannel cover seems to be a tiny bit (maybe a 1/2 ") too small; the warmer seems a bit bunchy inside the cover, and that isn't comfortable under your sheet. However, I solved this problem by putting the warmer underneath the cover instead of inside it. You can use the warmer without the cover, but it is more cushiony with the cover.
I highly recommend this product if you suffer from cold feet or any lower leg problem (circulation or cramping).
