I was informed on Jul10th. that David Learned Inc shipped the item in my order, placed on
09-July-2008 with the following details;
1 of Bausch & Lomb PreserVision Eye Vitamin & Mineral Supplement, 120-Count Soft Gels
However, the above mentioned parcel was delivered to me but the content of the parcel does not match my order. The delivered item is 50 capsule Preservision eye vitamin with Lutein instead of 1 of Bausch & Lomb PreserVision Eye Vitamin & Mineral Supplement, 120-Count Soft Gels, $30.95 !without Lutein.
What do you suggest should be done to correct this mistake?
