This is aspirin from the company that's been making it for about a century now. Aspirin is a wonderful product; I take it frequently to alleviate back-aches and headaches. There is no other pharmaceutical product that I would take so casually; aspirin has a strong record of being harmless (even potentially beneficial) to adults in the recommended doses.
The only question is, should you buy generic or name-brand? It's a difficult question to answer. Bayer-brand aspirin costs less than a dime per two-pill dose; you can get it for even less with Amazon's Subscribe & Save. But generic equivalents (such as Rite Aid aspirin) are even cheaper. Either way, I expect that you'll be happy with the mild pain relief that aspirin provides.
