Stores and drug stores do not stock Bayer pm caplets anymore, at least here in Sacramento, CA.
Just one caplet lets me sleep soundly. Tylenol is so bad for a person, according to all media and my personal physian.
Shopping via Amazon is so easy and they ship immediately.

Straight to the Point: It does what is says. Provides pain relief and helps you fall asleep easily. But not too good in helping you STAY asleep though. But then again I usually only take 1/2 the recommended dosage for an adult.Customer Review: Knocks you out.
