If you have or are contemplating doing a low carb or Atkins style diet, these are a essential part of maintaining a positive attitude. Verifying that you are in Ketosis while on these intensive diets is critical to ensure you eating the correct amount of carbs, but also for morale. Nothing more pleasing than seeing the deep purple on the sticks after using to reassure yourself you are losing weight and are doing it the correct way.

I moved to the strips because the have the foil wrapping which are convenient if you travel or go to the gym. Ketone strips are expensive and these ensure they don't get moisture on them and thus became useless.
