I've used this product for many years now and it is a major help, an absolute necessity actually, in managing and keeping my IBS under control. I would not be able to eat without it. I began ordering it online at Amazon.com due to the fact that all the stores, including Wal-Mart, Kroger's, Redstone Arsenal's Commisary (in Alabama on the Redstone Army base-Dad was in the Army), K-Mart, etc. where I live (don't know if the same is true for the rest of country and/or state) stopped carrying the liquid form of this product which is the one that is most effective and lasts the longest (in regard to the amount of time the product-each bottle-lasts before it is used up). Which of course means it is also the cheapest form of the product.
