I've been using this cream for over 20 years, since I first lived in Germany and since I moved back. Contains vitamins A and E, non-greasy, unscented, the one and only cream that soaks right into my skin. It's especially good for my hands, face and elbows. THERE IS NO EQUIVALENT IN THE USA. Believe me, I've tried it all. Used to be I had to have friends send it from Germany, but I'm so glad I can now get it here. I need to buy lots because everyone I let try it wants their own.
