Customer Review: The texture is a mixed-bag for me.

While I like some things about this product there are some negatives to consider. First, there is no sunscreen which is a big issue for me. I very much prefer lip balms with a sunscreen but for someone sensitive to that ingredient not having one would be a huge plus. Second, I like the feel of the minty-ness. It isn't something that bothers my skin but the peppermint in it could be an irritant to some people. Perhaps, it doesnt bother me because I don't use this exclusively, I'm not sure, but I can see this being an issue for some people with sensitive skin.
The texture is a mixed-bag for me. While it feels nice once it's on, I find it a bit *pulling* to get it on. I think that it melts a bit at body temp so once its on, it feels good. I find a bit *stiff* in the tube.
I like the tube form as lip balms in a tin are a bit messy to get on and this is easy to carry with you. I haven't had any issues with the cap coming off in pocket or purse. It also doesn't look *feminine* in the tube or have a sweet flowery scent so my son will use it.

I have tried so many chap sticks that I think that I have spent at least 50 dollars in my entire life on them, and Im only 18! Finally I have found a chap stick worthy of my lips! When you put it on, you start to feel this tingling feeling on your lips and then in a couple minutes your lips have never felt better in your life, this is an all natural chap stick, which makes it even better for people who have allgeric reactions to synthetic stuff. Try it out, you wont regret it!

I love this stuff! If I was stuck on an island, I would have majority of the products. It works so well! It makes you lips tingle with a refreshing minty smell. It's not greasy, or slimly, or glossly. It's just like any ol' other chapstick out there, EXCEPT this works. I used to fly through chapstick. The smelly kind, the glossly kind, the oily kind, and the waxy kind. I haven't found a awesome lip balm out there that has matched this or even came close. This is absolutely the BEST lipbalm out there. I started using this about 3 years ago, and I will always update my inventory every year when Winter comes around. I can't get enough of it. I recently bought a lip balm from a popular brand which costed me at least $1-2 more than. I guess I was attracted to the pretty packaging from the popular brand. I quickly came to realize that there is nothing like Burt's Beeswax lipbalm. A must buy!!! You won't be disappointed.
