Customer Review: Jury still out on Bella B BrightEyes

It's been only a few weeks since I started using this product - and, truth be told, I use it along with another under-eye cream - so I can't really vouch for its efficacy. I will say, though, that it has a rather unusual [?!] scent, and that I wish the list of ingredients on the back of the jar were easier to decode.
