Customer Review: Finally, a tasty nutrition bar.

I had low expectations for this product, having experienced other diet/nutrition bars that were mostly cardboard-flavored or actually painful for my teeth to eat. I purchased one from a maternity store on impulse and on first bite, I was pleasantly surprised. I happily ate the entire thing and could have eaten another. I didn't of course, but was surprised to even consider it...I've only finished the others out of extreme hunger. Understand, this is not a Snickers bar or other super-sweet confection, but the chocolate in it (*gasp*) actually tastes like chocolate and none of the ingredients leave a weird aftertaste. It has a pleasantly chewy texture; think Quaker granola bar but somewhat denser. I've just ordered 2 12-packs on monthly subscription to replace my prenatal vitamin, which makes me violently ill. Highly recommend you taste one before buying a box, but certainly do at least try one.
