The chocolate chews made me uber sick with diarrhea and they have a funky undertaste. But these are delicious!!!! And I am also happy to report that they had no effects on my digestive system. I HIGHLY recommend these, but at the same time they are VERY overpriced. The stuff that's good for you in them (omega-3's, calcium, iron, vitamin D) can easily be found in a lot of stuff, and they're not exactly just for pregnant women. They are just directed at pregnant women to purchase because we're all so excited that we want to eat/do/buy anything that has to do with our babies! lol.
