I bought this item because I am getting older and things are losing muscle tone. Not sure how well this is working for me but the concept is good and makes sense. Mine didn't come in pretty colors - it was chocolate and ivory. Not exactly the colors I was hoping for....However, I will not give up on it. Thinking of buying here, instead of the original manufacturer to save money? DO NOT! I was expecting them to be as sturdy as the Smartballs I purchased from the REAL manufacturer, which lasted years. These arrived without instructions for use and care, were uncomfortable, and broke after a couple weeks. Luckily, I wasnt wearing them at that time! Can you say lawsuit?! "
