Wu long tea is really great!And its good for you too!! It really worked well for me,No it is not a overnight weight loss.Dont drink it and just think your going to sheed pounds away just like that,You do need to diet aswell,dont think..hmmm I will pig out on fudge and this whipe it all away...No that wont work.But if you are dieting anyways,or just watching what you eat a little more carefuly,this works great! I did this and it REALLY helped me shed pounds faster,Look it up on google,there is alot of great info about this wonderful tea.oh and if you dont need to diet,its still great,the health benifits from it are wonderful.

Wulong is a traditional Chinese type of tea somewhere in between green and black in oxidation, ranging from 10% to 70% oxidation. In Chinese tea culture, semi-oxidized Wulong teas are collectively grouped as qingcha (literally: blue-green tea). The best Wulong has a nuanced flavor profile. It is commonly brewed to be strong, with the bitterness leaving a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. Wulongs. like this tea, produced in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province and in the Central Mountains of Taiwan, are world famous. Our Wulong tea leaves are processed and rolled into long curly leaves for maximum water to leaf exposure and assure you the most benefit for each steep. It is suggested by numerous studies that this tea can be an aid in fat-loss. Wulong tea contains a substance called "Polyphenol", which is believed to have a role in activating the enzymes in the body that break down body fat.
