Bifera is a great iron supplement. My iron levels have been depleted with 5 months of chemotherapy. I had to have once a month blood transfusions to keep the levels from dropping too low. Even before the cancer I have been very anemic my entire life. I have tried many different kinds over the years, including one that my doctor said was the most gentle on a woman's body. Well, none of them worked for me. I felt nauseas and was constipated with all of them. Bifera truely is gentle on my system. I have never felt any of the side effects that I have had with other iron supplements. I totally recommend this product.
