Customer Review: Unexpected Results!

I know this is a very long review, but if you are looking at this you probably are experiencing the unpleasant bumps I was and want to know everything about what you are buying to treat them!
Problem: I do a full shaving about twice a week in the pubic area. Suddenly one day I had a huge ugly red bump in between my legs with a few small bumps around it. I had never experienced this in my 7 years of shaving down thereand had a minor freak out. Worried I had some sort of disease, I hit the internet before deciding if I should call a doctor. Luckily, I little research lead me to self-diagnose myself with an ingrown hair; shaving over the bump lead to roughness and irritated the surrounding skin.
Research: I researched how to take care of this problem. I was not about to go poking around down there with a needle to let the ingrown hair out. Exfoliating and a hot compress did nothing. I needed another option. There were many suggestions about the best way to take care of this problem using medicated creams/gels. Most claimed that to get rid of bumps, especially ingrown hairs, the ointment needs to contain glycolic and/or salicylic acid (preferably both) at no lower of a concentration than 10%. For this reason, I was very skeptical that this gel containing only Lidocaine, at 2% concentration would help. Nontheless, I ordered it because I was having trouble finding anything else as affordable as this.
Results:
Day 1: I faithfully applied it three times. Since I was using it as a cure rather than for prevention, I put a fairly thick glaze on over the bumps and let it dry (about one minute) while I just rubbed it in a thin glaze over the unaffected area (dries almost instantly). I was also happy to see it did not stain my underwear.
Day 2: When I woke up I was delighted to see that the smaller bumps were much less red and even more pleased when by the time I went to bed, they were significantly smaller.
Day 3: By the end of this day, the small bumps were completely gone while the large, ingrown hair bump was still quite red, but much smaller.
Day 5: By the end of day 5, the large ingrown hair bump was almost completely flush against the skin. I could only tell there was a bump there by touching it because the redness was gone.
One week later, all of the embarrassing bumps are gone and I will never shave down there again without using this gel immediately after! If it works this well in treating bumps you can imagine how effective it is at preventing them.
