These drops absolutely changed our life! Our baby was just always filled up with gas--tooting and burping (or needing to!) continuously. He was exclusively breastfed and I tried eliminating all sorts of things from my diet to make a difference...but no luck. We read about probiotics in a parents' magazine and tried it. They have totally changed our baby's life! He's now 11 months old and still takes them every day. They're not cheap, but they work amazingly well. (We have noticed about a 3 day lag-time from when he starts taking them until they seem to be working with full strength.) Buy them from Everdis because they're tons cheaper, have free shipping, and have a discount program if you sign up for them to send them to you automatically.
