Customer Review: Really does the job

This nasal spray really does the job at reducing nasal congestion and reducing swelling of nasal membranes. It can be a bit harsh - I only use it when I really need it - such as when I'm trying to sleep but my nose is too plugged up to breathe easily. But it works - and that's what I'm after. During the day I use a neti pot and certain stretching or yoga exercises, which work very well for me.
