ok im 16 years old and have been lifting for about 5 months now...ive takin from ecdysterone to zma... ok for the review...
theres days i take this stuff, and im so hyped its unexplainable...like my body is jittery i feel like taking a semi truck and lifting it over my head and throwing it...its made me lift a bit more weight...i was stuck benching 165 4 times and i went to 195 4 times and maxed out at 225...and deadlifting wow...i maxed out at 425 earlier today...and i maxed out at 390 before this...might be the plan im on...but this stuff def aided
BUT
then theres days that i take it and feel absolutely nothing...and i only got pumps on days i do back or biceps...like my lats are so pumped i walk with my arms almost straight up to my sides...usually my arms are about 8-12 inches away from my body when im relaxed...its crazy
but its only happened twice and ive done back 3 times since then
and i had this stuff for 3 weeks before i ran out...also my muscles like twitch sometimes after a hard day...like leg days i can feel my calves and quads like beating like a heart....i rate this stuff 6/10
just due to lack of pumps and hypedness...but when it does its crazy...im a pretty heavy person at 170 pounds and 5ft4..may not seem like alot but im really short so yeah lol...btw i went from 162-170 in 3 weeks...idk if its due to this stuff or my increase of calories...cuz i went from 3500 a day to 4000-4500 most likely the cals
but really i dont know im not a expert in weightlifting... iwant to try some other product now...maybe super pump 250 idk i like pumps cuz my arms like blow up to 18's from 16's hehe

When I first took this supplement it was the best/first thing I've experienced. I'd noticed the effects of it after the first 3 months of taking it... I Stopped and wasn't able to do half my p90X workout I was doing before. But recently I've been experiencing some sore throat discomfort. It hurts to the fact that I thought it was "strep"... felt like I need to visit the doctor... I stopped working out for three days in which I didn't take Blk Pwdr and felt fine-still not noticing if it was the cause of my pain... So I felt fine and took blk pwdr the following 4th day to workout and started to feel the discomfort again, that's when I noticed it was the the cause of my discomfort... Needless to say I discontinued the product and taking the ALL natural resort to working out.
I give a 3 stars because it does what it says, it may work for some, but I can't live with sore muscles and a sore throat!
