I have been using this product for several weeks twice a day with evening primrose oil and have noticed a marked difference in the appearance in my thighs and bum. I have been working out everyday for years and have never been able to smooth those areas of cellulite. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is somewhat difficult to clean. I have recommended it to all of my girlfriends. It is worth it.
