When I ordered our BB-500, I had questions.
Was it going to break soon? I guess not. Yes, it's plastic but tough (ABS?).
Was it going to leak? It seems the valve and fittings have proven up to the task, and has stood up to 'city' water pressure just fine.
Is it going to fit our new toilet? It fit our Mansfield 'extended' bowl with the economy plastic seat just fine.
Was I setting my self up for some 'plumbing magic' to connect to the water supply? Well, no.
This basic bidet has been working great for about 1 year.
That being said, there's another question we had. What about the cold water spray on the bum?
Honestly, we haven't had any issue with the 'cold' water. It's not that cold, even in winter.
And BTW, if you're curious, lookup bidet at wikipedia. They have a pretty good overview that helped me make the switch.
