I love, love, love my Body Back Buddy to treat the painful knots I get near my shoulder blades. It's so easy to use and I can apply just right amount of pressure in the exact place I need it (no need to ask a loved one to find the trouble spot and massage it without hurting me!). Because I have fibromyalgia, it's important that the "cure" not end up hurting me more that the cause and with the Body Back Buddy I don't have to worry since I control the level of pressure. Even though I got it mostly to treat my knots & fibro pain; I've also discovered that it's great to use on my feet.
While I higly recommend the Body Back Buddy, the laminated poster was a waste of my money. Great if you want to know names of muscles and other "scientifc" info. I was expecting it to show the trigger points, but there's so much stuff on it that I found it difficult to use.
