I've been using Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder for just over half a year now and my experience with it has been great. I run, lift weights, and do Tae Bo everyday. I find that this product really helps with muscle building and recovery after intense workouts. Also, it tastes pretty good. I've tried both vanilla and chocolate (I think there's strawberry too but I'll pass on that). Some people say it's hard to mix and it really depends on how you mix it. If you use a blender it should mix just fine. I mix it with a fork. I pour one scoop into my cup then about 1/2 an ounce of soy milk and mix it for about 3 minutes until it's really smooth but also still pretty thick. Then I gradually add more soy milk and continue mixing until I have mixed 6 to 8 ounces of the stuff. It always comes out pretty good using that method. I noticed if I don't try to add the soy milk gradually and just dump it all in at once and mix it does clump up so I just stick to the slow method.
