Never had BO before, but it started recently. May be bcoz of the new Gym I joined or more protein that I was taking or some allergy / infection since I moved to a new place, I dont know why, I started sweating and smelling like crazy. My underarms used to get wet in no time. One time a woman shouted "Somebody should take a shower"... that was embarassing.
I read in the Internet that Chlorophyll eliminates toxins from the body and though Spinach has more Chlorophyll the amount of it that gets absorbed into the body is less. I read the reviews of Body mint and thought of giving it a try.
Wow.. in 2 days [4 pills] my underarms were dry.. BTW I am a smoker and this pill neutralized the smell of Cigarette as well... one time my flatmate asked me if I quit smoking.
While the pills worked from inside, a pharmacist friend of mine suggested me to wipe my Underarms and Groin during shower with Hibiclens 3 times a week. I bought Hibiclens for 10$ at Rite aid and am using that as well.
So, if any of you friends out there have a serious sweating problem, pls try this combination - Body mint Internally and Hibiclens Externally. It might work.
