Customer Review: Works great for a fractured tailbone...: )

2 weeks ago I feel on the ice outside. I fractured my tailbone, and the pain from it is excruciating. I was unable to find a *comfy* position to sit comfortably. Each time I sat up in a chair or in bed, the pain in my Tailbone made me "wince" in pain.
My Dr. suggested I get a Donut/Ring/Cushion to sit on, and it may help alleviate "some" of the pain.
The first foam ring I purchased was from Walgreens. And, it was a fail as it was so tiny.
Then, I scoured Amazon for an appropriate Donut Cushion, and found this. I ordered it on a Friday, paid the extra $$ for Next Day shipping..and received it first thing Saturday morning.
I like that it comes with a removable cover, that is washable. But, most of all I like the fact that this Donut Cushion "fit" appropriately when sitting, and really did help with some pain control.
I use it in a "straight back" chair (a chair that "leans back" is a no-no for tailbone fractures). And, I use it in my bed when sitting upright.
It just helps as it should, not all the pain is eased..but for what it does ~ I was able to relax a bit more & have better pain control.
I would definitely recommend this Donut Cushion for anyone suffering from a Fractured Tailbone, and even a sprained one. You can also place this in your carseat when driving, and it helps give relief.
