I worked out as usual, took the product for over a month and all I got was bloated. You cannot take with milk but only water which makes it taste like chocolate Chalk. Product caused me several days of runnys bowels, headaches and otherwise no reconizable postive effects. Spoke to my doctor and of course he advised not to take products such as this. I am going to go ahead and use it up but will not be buying again.
