When you buy this product in the current packaging [which says "Boiron Homeopathic Medicine Arnica for Muscle Relief, 30C Pellets, 160-Count Packages (Pack of 2)], you receive six of the Boiron Arnica bottles. This is an amazing deal, especially if you have Amazon Prime.
As for the effectiveness of Boiron Arnica, as with most homeopathic remedies, I don't understand why it works or how it works, but it works astonishingly well for me. Better than ibuprophen, and all the other over-the-counter pain relievers I have tried. Most recently, it eased post-surgical pain of a very invasive surgery I had to have. Healing was enhanced, as well as my comfort. I took no other OTC meds once I started taking the Arnica. Your experience could be very different. Remember to check with your doctor or naturopathic physician when deciding whether to use any remedy.

I wanted to update this because it is important that buyers know that to get the great two-for-one deal, you have to order the item from Amazon. This appears to cost more, but especially if you have Amazon Prime, it does not, as you get twice as much product (6 total pale blue dispensary containers instead of three) if you order from Amazon instead of VitaminLife. I considered calling VitaminLife to let them know, but haven't yet. I was quite surprised by the discrepancy, and wanted to add this critical piece of information to my review.
