I cannot take OTC/prescription strength allergy medicine due to adverse side effects (I am not able to to fall into REM sleep cycles while on Psuedoephedrine). I've tried acupuncture, changing my diet, etc. but without any relief. Out of desperation, my husband and I tried Boiron's histamminum hydrochloricum and galphimia glauca today. We're both amazed at how well this product works! That's saying a lot considering he thought all the other natural remedies were hocus pocus. Give it a try, you won't regret it!
