The Boiron Histaminum pellets work better than any other over the counter allergy medication I have tried. Other allergy medications make me sleepy, even when they say they're a non-drowsy formula, but not these. I have no side effects when I use this product. Just pop 5 little sweet tasting pellets under your tongue, and within minutes you'll start to have relief. The only down side is that it doesn't last as long as some medicines, so you might have to take it more often than a 12 or 24 hour pill. Since you don't even need water or anything, it's no big deal. The best part is that it's a natural product. You're not putting toxic chemicals into your body that cause all kinds of side effects. This works from the root of the problem, and, in my opinion, there is nothing better on the market.
