Although the product name and product features does not list it as so, this is the "31B." It says so when it's in your shopping cart and up along the window for this product. The 31B also works with Model: 5691, 5790, 5791, 5795, 5796 (per the service[...] website), and I can personally confirm it works in the 5790 (which we bought it for).
No more nicks when shaving with the 3 yr. old razor! Much nicer! Went ahead and ordered a second to have on hand as this model gets harder and harder to come by.

Model No. 6000. Fits Model No.: 6550, 6525, 6520, 6515, 6510, 5515, 5510, 5416, 5415, 5414, 5315, 5314, 5312, 5311, 5005. Replace your foil and cutter block every 18 months to get a 25% better shave. (Overall evaluation from Braun users comparing their shave with new parts and those used for 18 months). To maintain optimum shaving performance, Braun also recommends cleaning both regularly with Braun cleaning agents.Braun recommends that the heads on its Flex Integral electric razors (model numbers in the 5000 and 6000 series) be replaced every 18 months. This pack consists of the dual-foil and cutterblock for those Flex Integral razors. Though it will fit all Flex Integral razors, the dual-foil in this pack is housed in black and is best for models with black housing around their foils. (Replacement packs in other colors are also available.) Each of the two foils and the cutterblock perform individually as the razor runs across the face for a close, smooth shave.
