The item pictured is not the item I received for this order. I received the same epilator, but with the small white pouch rather than nice grey zipper case and mat. The item I received Braun 5270 Silk-épil X'elle Body System Epilator lists on this same website for about $12 less, so save yourself the hassle and order the other item b/c it's what you'll receive anyway . N.B., I contacted customer service and the DID refund me the difference . . .
