The rating for the refills is low because unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use them. The Braun M90 Shaver for which I purchased the refills was a big disappointment as it did not do as intended - shave/remove hair. So therefore, I wasn't able to utilize the refills, but am now stuck with them. Not a happy camper.Customer Review: Do not order unless you know you want this!
