This toothbrush is excellent. My teeth feel just the same as when I leave the dentist's office after a dental cleaning. I have used Sonicare toothbrushes before, and they are good too. The Oral B sounds more like those in the dentist's office and is much easier to clean. This particular brush has optional brush heads for various purposes, and you can use each of them at different speeds -- regular, sensitive, and polishing. This model has two handles.
