This model is much less effective than my old Silk Epil that I used happily for eight years. I don't know why, but it doesn't get the hairs out. You have to go over the same area forever.Customer Review: It cuts the hair, it doesn't pull from the root!

I have used many epilators for many years, this is the worst ever. I have to use it every other day because is just like shaving. Dont't buy it!
