Customer Review: Big Disappointment

My husband has some sight problems and was cutting himself with a regular razor.
We bought the Braun Series 3 in February. The first month or two the razor worked
beautifully. Then I started to notice that his neck wasn't shaved. He'd go back
in and go over and over and still it didn't work. Now it isn't even working on
his face. I can understand replacing the head in 18 months, but not two months.
Especially since it cost over $80. Yesterday he bought a razor and shaving cream.
Today he looks great.
