This BreathRx spray and the scrapers it comes with are very effective. If you've never used a tongue scraper, believe me, a toothbrush just won't do the job. I have tried a few different tongue scrapers and zinc-based tongue sprays and gels, and this and the Tung brush and gel are in my view the best. The BreathRx spray and plastic scrapers are, however, a little neater than the Tung products, and so are my preferred choice.
