I ordered this product for one of my wife's Christmas gifts. I am really glad I got the one with the heating element as it is so nice to sling it onto my shoulders and turn it on and away I go into a mental memorization that is just what I like. So, in short, we like the product and how it functions. It is effective and relaxing for the both of us. I only wish all the items we order on line worked as well as this does. My Daughter-in-Law has the same thing without the heating option so I basically knew about what to expect from it.
