I purchased this about a month ago and have been wearing it every night since. It is fairly soft, and doesn't disturb my sleep much. I have plantar fasciitis and I have gotten some relief. When I wear the splint I don't have pain in the morning as I had before. I still have some pain during the day. Everything I have read about this condition says that it takes a good deal of time to heal. Be advised that the instructions on the splint say that it is for 'mild or new' plantar fasciitis. You may need something stronger for more severe conditions.

The Nice Stretch 90 is designed to treat Plantar Fasciitis, the most commonly diagnosed source of heel pain. The primary symptom is pain on the bottom of the heel, usually worse in the morning with a tendency to intensify over time. Night splints offer an established, non-invasive treatment for plantar fasciitis. When combined with a stretching program and anti-inflammatory drugs, a tension night splint (TNS) with a 12-week protocol has a proven success rate.
