Customer Review: Easy way to shower

I used this protector for 4 weeks while my leg cast was on. It allowed me to go work out at the gym and take a shower afterward, adding almost nothing to my shower time. I had tried the garbage bag - rubber band route but that was really a hassle and it still leaked. This was well worth the money
My cast was only up to my knee so there was a lot of extra length. I just pulled the donut up above the knee and then tucked the extra below it. The only improvement I'd suggest is a textured bottom of the foot to prevent slipping. Otherwise, it was great.

Don't fumble with plastic bags and tape to make a cast waterproof - use SEAL-TIGHT coverings instead. The key is the SEAL-TIGHT watertight seal, a flex-seal rubber diaphragm that slips over the cast and fits your leg or arm squeegee-tight. The diaphragm creates a uniform seal around the limb and permits drainage of water away from the cast protector. The vinyl arm or leg bag is durable; it is abrasion resistant and minimizes slippage while showering. The ring system, which connects the seal and bag, is welded ultrasonically, and supported by caulking and rivets. With 14 sizes to choose from, you'll find the exact size you need.
