I have been dealing with carpal tunnel for several years now. I tried many different wrist braces, but couldn't find one that was comfortable enough to wear when sleeping. Then I found these, and wow! They are adjustable for all sizes, so you don't have to guess S, M, or L. The material is very soft and the velcro isn't exposed to scratch your skin. Best of all they support the wrist comfortably without feeling like you're in a cast. Theses are the best braces!
