Customer Review: Cleared up the toughest of rashes!

My newborn daughter had the worst rash. Red, angry skin with large open sores. We changed diapers constantly, we tried cloth, we air dried for hours, we went through diaper rash creams such as boudreaux butt paste, vaseline, grovia stick, cj's, triple paste and a&d. Still the sores persisted (although the skin did start to heal, these sores just did not want to go away). Finally we ordered this cream. Within two days the sores were gone. We were amazed! This cream is awesome. You do not need a lot at all and it stays on. We use this on our cloth diapers with liners (does not appear to be safe for cloth so do use a liner!) as well as at night with disposables. Perfect! Buy this cream, it is worth it!
Also of note, the rash/burn appeared when we used pampers for a few days. We are sure the rash was caused by the pampers diapers - which we only used at night (cloth during the day). We also changed brands to huggies pure and natural and earth's best. That also helped but the sores would still not go until we got this cream.
