Customer Review: The best herbal deodorant

To me this is the best chemical-free deodorant around. It has no aluminum or alum -- and the sage, lavender, and lemon oils do a good job of day-long deodorizing (I live in Hawaii, so that's saying a lot).
Weleda used to produce very good herbal deodorants, but the quality of them has gone way down in the past several years -- now they even smell bad. If you were once used to the old good Weleda sage deodorant, Burt's Bees is the best brand now.
One interesting tip is that if you want extra protection (not really needed, but some folks feel the need), just rub some lavender oil under your arms before you spray on the Burt's Bees deodorant. Lavender is a strong but non-irritating anti-microbial. A second choice could be that on really hot and sweaty days, you could spray on the Burt's Bees, and then on top of that apply Home Health Herbal Magic Roll-On Deodorant, Jasmine Scent , 3-Ounces (Pack of 4). Either method works like a charm if you are overly nervous.
Lastly, I'd like to remind people that this Burt's Bees deodorant has been very favorably reviewed elsewhere on Amazon: Burt's Bees Herbal Deodorant, 4-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 2). This 3-pack is the best deal however.
