I added this item, Buzz Mini Massager, in my Christmas shopping just in order to pad up the cart to get a free shipping - a saving which equated to the cost of this product. But I got short changed. Brookstone sent a completely unrelated freebie type merchandise instead of the Buzz Mini Massager. Strangely, the packing slip in the box *did* note the Buzz Mini Massager. So I guess it would be a sleepy packer ...
I did send an e-mail to Brookstone through Amazon's Seller Feedback, noting in detail that I was charged for a product which was never shipped to me - I received an automatic machine generated response in return advising to call a 1-800 number if I wanted to return anything. The problem was, I never really received anything, so what shall I return ...
I also had a sub-par online shopping experience overall with Brookstone - Tracking number, number of boxes shipped etc. were absolutely uncoordinated.
Given above, I did not bother to call up to claim my money - I had a feeling it would be a waste of time !
I decided, if I ever need to buy anything from Brookstone, I would rather just walk into their store located in the mall... this business has not geared up to Amazon class online transactions yet.
