When I first saw it, I thought it looked crappy and flimsy but it's a great product. The wrist rest REALLY helps and it's large enough so there's room for a mouse. The underside is comfortable to have on your lap, and although it doesn't stop heat from the computer coming through, it's better than putting the computer directly on your lap. It's a good quality item for a great price!
