I have arthritis in both knees and Cosamin DS was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has used it for many years. I've been using it now for five months and have seen some easing of pain during normal activity and when I play sports. I've also been strengthening my legs by using an exercise bike and stretching, so I can't say that Cosamin DS has been the only reason for my improvement, but I have been happy with the product.Customer Review: Cosamin DS
